Regener8 Aesthetics warmly welcomes clients of all cultures, ethnicities, religions, genders, gender identities and sexual orientations. This is not a niche policy reserved for certain clients, it is the standard of care we provide to every single person who comes through our door.
We believe that access to high-quality aesthetic care should not depend on who you are, where you come from, or which language you speak most comfortably. Our practitioner brings over fifteen years of healthcare experience to every consultation, alongside a genuine commitment to treating each client as an individual, with dignity, patience and respect.
If you have ever felt that aesthetic clinics were not designed with you in mind, we would like to change that. All treatments are subject to a consultation and individual suitability assessment.
Consultations at Regener8 Aesthetics are available in English, Farsi (Persian) and Russian. This matters for a straightforward reason: meaningful informed consent requires clear communication. When a client must navigate complex clinical information in a language they are not entirely comfortable with, the quality of their consent, and their overall experience, is diminished.
We want every client to leave their consultation feeling genuinely informed: clear on what has been recommended, why, what the procedure involves, what the risks are, and what to expect during recovery. That conversation is simply better when it happens in your own language.

First-time clients are warmly welcomed. If you feel nervous about attending an aesthetic consultation, whether this is your first appointment or not, please know that the approach here is calm, unhurried and entirely without pressure.
Extra appointment time is available if you need it. Questions are actively encouraged at every stage. There is never any expectation to proceed with treatment following a consultation, and no client will be made to feel they have wasted anyone's time by deciding not to book.

You are welcome to bring a trusted support person, a friend, family member or carer, to your consultation and to your treatment appointment. Having someone with you can make a real difference, and we are happy to accommodate this.
Your support person is welcome to be present in the room throughout. They can offer companionship and reassurance. Clinical decisions and the consent process, however, remain with you as the client, your support person does not make treatment decisions on your behalf.

Home Visits
Home visit appointments are available by prior arrangement. A travel charge applies. Home visits are subject to treatment suitability and location: not all treatments can be safely or appropriately carried out in a home setting. Please contact us to discuss whether a home visit is right for you before booking.
Clinic Access
The consultation room at our Selly Oak clinic is currently not step-free. If you have a mobility requirement, please contact us before booking. We will do our best to discuss whether a home visit appointment may be a suitable and appropriate alternative for you.
Group Bookings
Suitable treatments are available for group bookings, including birthday occasions, hen parties and friends attending together. All treatments remain subject to an individual consultation and informed consent process, group bookings do not change this. Every client attending on the day will be assessed and consented individually.
Is the clinic suitable for clients who have never had aesthetic treatment before?
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us with no previous experience of aesthetic treatments. The consultation is a relaxed, informative conversation. We take the time to explain every option clearly and answer all your questions, there is never any pressure to proceed on the day.

Yes. You are welcome to bring a trusted support person, a friend, family member or carer, to both your consultation and your treatment. Your support person is welcome to be present in the room. Clinical decisions and consent, however, remain with you as the client.
Do you treat clients of all genders and backgrounds?
Yes, without exception. Regener8 Aesthetics welcomes clients of all genders, gender identities, sexual orientations, cultures, ethnicities and religious backgrounds. This is not a special policy, it is simply how we treat everyone.
We are happy to answer any questions before you book, by WhatsApp or telephone. All treatments are subject to a consultation and individual suitability assessment. Consultation fee: £25, fully redeemable against any treatment booked within 30 days.
