For others, a small amount of planning, such as timing treatment before a quieter weekend, is all that is needed.

Anti-wrinkle injections are among the most time-efficient treatments available. The procedure itself takes around 15–20 minutes. Most clients are presentable immediately afterwards, though small marks at injection sites may be visible for a short time. It is advisable to avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol and exposure to extreme heat for 24 hours following treatment.
Results develop gradually over the following two weeks, so a review appointment is offered to assess the outcome. Anti-wrinkle treatments address forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, and are available for other areas subject to consultation.

Profhilo is administered via a small number of carefully placed injection points and is generally a quick treatment. Most clients experience minimal bruising risk, and the majority return to normal activities the same day. There may be small bumps at injection sites that settle within a few hours.
Two sessions, typically four weeks apart, form the standard initial course. Results include improved skin hydration, tone and elasticity, gradual and natural-looking rather than immediately obvious.
Jalupro is a bio-revitalising injectable treatment containing amino acids that support skin regeneration and improve overall skin quality. Injections are light in technique, and for most clients there are minimal visible effects immediately after the procedure, occasional small marks or minor redness may occur, which typically settles quickly.
Results develop over time and are subtle by nature. Jalupro is well suited to clients looking to address early skin fatigue or laxity without any dramatic downtime.
Polynucleotide treatments such as Lumi Eyes target the delicate under-eye area, addressing hollowing, dark appearance and loss of skin quality around the eyes. Some temporary swelling at the injection site is possible and is considered a normal part of the treatment response, usually settling within a few days.
For clients who are frequently in client-facing or public-facing settings, timing this treatment before a weekend or a lighter diary period is a sensible precaution. Your practitioner will advise at consultation.

Microneedling is highly effective for improving skin texture, reducing enlarged pores and addressing scarring, but it does cause some visible redness for 24–48 hours following treatment. For this reason, it is advisable to time microneedling before a quieter period rather than immediately before an important event or a heavy diary day.
The results, smoother, more even skin with improved texture, are well worth planning around. A course of sessions typically produces the most noticeable and lasting improvement.

Chemical peels range from light superficial treatments to deeper resurfacing options. Light peels carry minimal visible recovery for most clients and may cause some temporary dryness or flaking. Deeper peels require a more significant recovery period and are not appropriate to plan around a busy diary.
Your practitioner will recommend the appropriate type of peel based on your skin concerns, lifestyle and the amount of recovery time that is realistic for you. All peel treatments are subject to consultation and individual suitability assessment.
